A new tranquil space has just opened up in the City, we had a quick chat with Founder Adiba Osmani to find out more!

Please tell us about InHere.  Inhere is London’s first teacher-free drop-in meditation studio, created for a busy City audience. It’s a quiet, beautiful space offering bite-sized meditation sessions of 20, 30 and even 5 minutes, to help people unwind and clear their minds. We’re based in the City so people can stop off on their way to work, between meetings, at lunchtimes, or before they head home. We’d like to take away some of the daily stress people live with, by giving them a space to practice meditation and mindfulness, where there is no fuss about having to change your clothes or sit on floors, unless of course you want to.

What’s your daily routine like?  I start the day with a few minutes of Qi gong and 20 minutes of meditation, followed by breakfast. Then I’ll spend the day working, travelling between the studio, meetings, and working at my home office or various spots in the city. In the evening I may be working, working out, or spending time with friends and family.

How did InHere come about ? For almost 20 years I’ve wanted to create a space where people feel their shoulders drop when they walk in. And since the last 10 years I’ve delved into meditation for my own practice and research, as it is fundamental to how we manage our minds. So the 2 really came together to create Inhere. I believe the right space can already create a change in how we feel, and combining that with an offering like meditation can be powerful.
