Every Thursday you can find the KERB Gang at The Gherkin, serving up ice cream sandwiches, donuts, curries, burgers, noodles and more. But what do you really know about KERB and their variety of vendors? Read on to find out more about this gluttonous foodie crew.

1. Founder Petra Barran started off a mobile food business back in 2005. Choc Star was Britain’s only dedicated chocolate van serving up sweets and treats. She fell in love with the road, the street food community and decided to find a way to open the hatch to people all over London and beyond.

2. KERB was founded in 2012 and now has over 37,000 fans on Instagram. They also run 5 markets all over London which include their latest venture KERB Camden.

3.There are well over 60 KERBANISTS, vendors who are a regular part of each market. These include Ice Kitchen, The Bowler, Motherflipper, South East Cakery, Yu Kyu and KillaDilla.

4. KERB also run consultations, masterclasses and run workshops for budding vendors, they help them learn tricks of the trade from some of their current vendors.
